Beautiful...But Beware

Sandals are beautiful and very comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved them! BUT the strap broke in 17 days! I called and emailed Macy's, but they told me that there is nothing that they can do since my daughter already wore them. NO shoes or sandals should break in less than 3 weeks of wearing. I am extremely disappointed that Macy's will neither credit me nor replace the sandals.
