Bad service

I bought this watch being told that you can simply have the band adjustment done at Macy’s for free. And that is where it all went bad they said they were not able to adjust it to come back in a couple hours when someone else that could do it would be working only to find out that they don’t have the tools to do it and was told they ordered the tools but had no idea when they would be in and maybe I could go to another Macy’s and that maybe they had the tools but never called the other store or offered to call to find out. Nice Watch BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO WONDER STORES ARE CLOSING. I may have to re-think my shopping loyalty

Tiny Dial! Returning!!

It’s a cute watch. I liked how all the numbers were written on the dial, pretty strap too. It’s a shame they don’t make the same model with a bigger dial. Looked too tiny for me. I am returning it.
