Customer service was amazing
The fabric of the items is a little rough, but it's great if using the comforter with a top sheet. The customer service I received as I wasn't 100% happy was outstanding.

I love the comforter, two sets of shams, one navy blue pillow, bed shirt but the other 2 throw pillows were not to my liking!

washed product one time and inside fabric clumped together , completely unusable anymore, fabric is stiff and hard
