    THE MARKETING IS DECEIVING

So when I purchased this product, my bad for not reading the fine print, this is not a peeling mask. I want something that actually peels off. Not something that alludes to peeling but doesn't even come close. IT IS CLAY THAT WIPES OFF. Why would you ever market this as PEELING. Now reading the other product you have that says peeling, is not peeling. Why is this vernacular constantly used to describe something that DOESN'T happen. Well I guess behind the scenes it is....... I am sorry this is terrible marketing and I am disappointed in the product. I still love the company but lets put a little more effort marketing/ naming/ approving team. This PEELING you advertise it not peeling. A few terms that could be used to not direct people to something that isn't.... denuding stripping baring skinning exposing scaling I am not in marketing but you have people that are.... just a suggestion.....

Sorry Clarins…I still love you though

I read the reviews before I tried my sample. Was wondering what the ‘tugging and pulling’ comments were about…found out soon enough. 😐 First, there is no peeling. At.All. To remove you actually need to use a cloth, toner, scrub cleanser, regular face cleanser and then when finished, some calming oil for your face. Yes, my face looked dewy and rosy, but likely caused by the scrubbing it off…Second, it feels like a sheen or light coating of clay or something remains on your face. Just not my thing I guess. Someone on here said they have a “love-hate relationship’ with this product…I can understand that.
