Reading reviews I have never seen such a high rating and of course as an acne haver I was convinced to buy this lotion. Unfortunately, nobody wrote about the smell which is very strong. All "Acne solutions" products have it. I wish I had a sample before purchasing full size. As for the result, it takes time I guess because I cannot say something noticeable about my skin.

I use this lotion as a toner as part of the Clinique three step regime. I've noticed it's effective in clearing acne. It's quite strong and burns a little in the first few seconds, I recommend moisturizing soon after.

When I had pimples caused by mask-wearing protocols, I was really seriously religious in using the whole Acne Solutions line. This lotion helped in clearing my face also. If I used too much my skin gets dry and tight and would really hurt. I still use this from time to time even though my face has cleared up.
