It is dependable and does the job well considering how inexpensive this product is. I have lost my sharpener multiple times and keep coming back to this one
The biggest flaws are that it is rather flimsy (plastic) and that when product accidentally is broken off into the metal piece, that it is difficult to remove.
Again, considering the price, it is a steal!

This Clinique sharpener is always reliable and sharpens my eye pencils perfectly. I have had several of these sharpeners over the years and they last a long time. Longer than some more expensive sharpeners. You can't go wrong with this one.
