I’ve tried a lot of eyeliner over the years and I think Clinique has the best eyeliner I’ve tried. It’s so long lasting and it doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin like some other brands have.

I like it. I am using it as an eyebrow pencil. Easy to apply. I removed errors with a Q-tip. It may smear more easily than regular eyebrow pencil.

Waterproof

I have sensitive eyes that run when I put on eyeliner! It’s waterproof, supposedly. It’s not a very smooth tip. I glide a line on my hand first then to my eye for a smoother application line. Doesn’t last all day, less smudge raccoon eyes. Product is ok!
