This is a well-made blazer. Fits my son beautifully.

Sharp! Well made with a beautiful lining. Nice slim fit; but perhaps size 40S is a bit small as I have an athletic build and a tiny bit long for somebody who is 5'6". If there was a size 41 that would have been perfect.

Blazer was a bit tight in size but what I don't understand is they sent the item with a missing button. I didn't even see the button in the box so it was just packed without checking if the item is of quality.

This would require way too many alterations to make it look not-dumb. Yes, the person I bought it for is odd shaped and can't stand up straight, but any of the problem areas that might just be slight or not that noticeable in some better quality jackets just seemed overboard on this one. On the 44S it's got a weird boxy baggy look going on, and yet can't get it to button (yeah, put on some lbs so fault on this side). The arms were too long and just big in general. Usually slim fits work on my husband. He isn't slim at all, but because of his odd proportions, slim and skinny fits actually hit at points that work on him and make him seem slimmer. But that just didn't work out with this jacket. It looked like a super big jacket on a little guy and some how the front couldn't be buttoned. Since the arms were long, I did just see what it might look like to roll them up, and it actually doesn't look bad, since it's lined with a light striped fabric that looks like the cuffs of a dress shirt. I think the buttons on the cuffs of this jacket are just for show: just sewn on; so rolled cuffs were more bulky. I'd consider keeping this as maybe an emergency blazer, like if you get stranded in a snow storm and then the only place within walking distance was a fancy restaurant that had a strict dress code, but it looks like this easily wrinkles, so keeping it packed in a car for emergencies would probably not work. Was really hoping it could work since it was such a great clearance price for a black jacket, which he needs, but think I'll keep on hunting. If you're a relatively normal looking person with conventional proportions, perhaps you can get this jacket to work for you. But on my guy, no magic happened. Kenneth Cole's slim suits in his 44S size work really well, just even on sale they can be pricey for us, so was hoping this cheap Alfani could work.

This was an outstanding value; perfect fit and beautiful details. Even the lining is attractive.

It's a great blazer but looked a little different from what it looks on the screen. It's a shiny kind of fabric.

Fit perfectly and the slim fit looks much better than standard fitting blazers.
