creased and wrinkled beyond use. waste of money tried hot water and ironing but the crease down the middle is set

cheap rug I bought
Wrinkled and granted they come out a little wrinkled and you can eventually get them to flat now but the problem is these had hard creases in them that I cannot get out so it’s a huge waste of money will not buy anything from Macys again unless I go into the store
