Sinking already

This mattress is one week old, arrived 2/27, it's for my spare room. Today is 3/6 it was slept on 2x and is already sinking. I called Macys snd someone is coming out in 2 weeks and if it's sank 1.5" they will do something otherwise no. ONE week!! DONT BUY!!!
