Returned This Mattress

I returned this Beautyrest Harmony Lux Anchor Island 14.75" Pillow Top after 119 days. From the day it was delivered it had problems. During shipping, loose stuffing had settled to one end causing it to be visibly & measurably higher. The pillowtop edge was 2" thick, except one corner, which was 3/4" thick. The stitched circles to hold the batting in place was off center across the top of the mattress. My Macy's sales assoc. arranged to have the mattress assessed. The rep came out within the week. He took pictures & looked at the faults I pointed out. Within a few hours of his leaving, I received an email, stating the mattress was not defective & does not qualify for replacement. The mattress was 5 days old. Soon a dip developed where I slept. (I'm a #158 woman.) By 119 days the dip was worsening & uncomfortable. I'm disappointed when I called my Macy's assoc. at 5 days, she didn't mention I had 120 days to return it. It was picked up & returned today.

New Mattress
