This is a nice set and it looks better in person since you are able to see all the details. I love that it is not too over the top peacock theme and is more subtle peacock. Since I bought many items from the bloom and peacock collection, I didn't want the plates to have an actual peacock on it since I already have items with peacocks in it like the peacock teapot, peacock salt and pepper shaker and the peacock teacup and saucer set. I didn't want to increase my peacock figure overload, so these plates are perfect since it is more subtle with the peacock feather pattern. I also bought the blue rose canape plates to mix and match as the salad plates for this plate set since it adds a pop of color and dimension. Even though blue is my favorite color, the all blue set is too much blue and having the option to use the rose plate as the salad plate is a nice way to make the blue peacock feather set more fun and it actually helps bring out the details of the blue plates as well.

The color is exactly as shown and the dinnerware has the ability to be used in a formal or more casual setting.

These plates are so stunning! The glaze is an aqua wash, and I hadn't noticed in the photos that the salad plates have a ruffle around the edges! I actually put a salad plate on each bedside table in my bedroom to hold the jewelry I take off at bedtime. The plates look like vintage estate sale finds and my sparkling jewelry just looks more lovely against the glossy glaze! Buy these, you will love them!

Love the blended changes in color and the size of the dishes are wonderful. I have been looking for a set of dishes for a year now and couldn't be happier, sure beats the corelle ware I have been using since I got them as a shower gift 38 years ago.

I am in love with peacocks, so when I came across this place setting, I jumped at the chance to purchase some! The light turquoise plates, cup and bowl are very attractive. I am going to purchase more! Love them!!!

I saw this dinnerware at the Mpls 2013 ASID house. The plates and cups are BIG, which is exactly what I was looking for, I can now have a decent size cup of coffee!
