It looked very cute. I wanted to gift it to someone. I purchased it online and selected store pick up. At the store, I was surprised, as it does not come with a box. Maybe it is a store display item. So I have to return it. Had it come with a box, I would have kept it. Nice product though.

It's beautiful but arrived with broken ladle. Too bad it's discontinued.

I love this tureen. It it classic and classy. I also purchased ten of the covered soup bowls to go with it. Makes afabulous table presentation.

Mine arrived with a broken ladle and the gold on the handles were rubbed off. The rubbing from the foam packing rub the color off during shipping. Went to exchange it at the store but all the ones at the store had broken ladle. They refunded my money, less shipping. I think the gold on the handles will come off after a few cleaning.
