I have been researching sectionals for quite some time, to maximize seating in my condo. I was concerned that it might be too big but it is actually just right! The seat cushions are firm and yet very comfy. It can probably seat 5-6 fairly well. The color is really grey, although it looked more taupe online. Macy's has always done a great job keeping their appointments and it was the same experience this time. The guys were swift and respectful, but they didn't put shoe booties on before walking in... it was OK since it wasn't a rainy/snowy day. I would totally recommend this product. GO FOR IT!

I’m absolutely in love with this sectional . I ordered it in the dark gray color from the store , called Graphite Gypsy . I wasn’t in love with the light gray version that everyone here seems like to buy so took a chance with the color . It is nice velvet ( not microfiber ). Arrived in about 6 weeks , so sooner than expected. It’s a bit firm , not as cushiony as our previous sofa Macy’s but we are getting used to it . Also the white glove delivery... I have to give the delivery guys 5 starts , they were on time . Gave me a call the morning of the arrival . Wore slip on shoe covers that i appreciate so much as I just had my floors done . Highly recommend Macy’s furniture.

This sectional is everything I've been looking for - stylish yet very comfortable!

Went back to see this sofa twice before buying it at the Macy's Furniture Center in Pinecrest. On the second visit, the sofa was on a super promo and I decided to buy. No hassle delivery. Sofa is great, super comfortable, lots of room to stretch out. Perfect for Miami.

Bought sofa thought it would be beautiful in my den. It was but was planning for microfiber to clean better. So happy I bought the warranty on it because spots will not come out!

Just bought this piece. Aside from the pillows being delivered incorrectly (they sent two side pillows and not enough square pillows), but then remedied a few later, this sofa is the perfect for for my large living room. It is very comfortable and has clean lines. I haven't used it enough to have stains, but I bought the maintenance plan and Macy's will come clean the sofa for free! It's a no brainer! And you can't beat the price of the sofa!

I bought the couch two years ago and it has held up well with one exception... the fabric is like a magnet to any kind of spill! I have had to have it professionally cleaned twice in 2 years and I live alone so I'm the only one using the couch expect for the occasional party or dinner. If you buy this couch have it professionally treated with stain reppelant. It has a very expensive look to it and I love it.

I waited a little over a year to review this product. The sofa is as comfortable today as the day it was delivered. I am tall and so is my boyfriend, we can both lay on like an L and be completely comfortable, we have fallen asleep many times. It looks great, the cream color allows flexibility with choosing accent colors. It is a nice balance between sophistication and comfort. You can have it all.
