This is a very comfortable and supportive mattress! I have had no problems falling asleep or sleeping the entire night! Not too firm or too warm. Don't hesitate to buy this mattress.

My mattress has uneven support and the top layer seems to be detaching. Very ugly when making the bed to see lumps. Completely disappointed with Macy's rejection of my return for a new mattress. Will not be a future customer.

My daughter who needed a new mattress said that it is the most comfortable mattress she has ever slept on. She loves a soft mattress and says this one is definitely soft and yet there is still that support that she is not sinking into the middle of her mattress. She has been sleeping on the mattress for a month now and has said that she is no longer having back pain

Need to return the mattress and get a replacement. It has pieces that are rising up in a few places. Like the seams are not even or something like that. They look like hernias.

the mattress is not exactly a California king, it’s a couple inches smaller
