The bag is exactly what I wanted, love the color. However there was nothing packed in the box from keeping it tossed around during shipping No tracking paper or bubble wrap. I checked it over and there was no damage. This is not like Macys at all.

Love this crossbody bag, but the clasp is weak and actually broke due to the weight of stuff in the bag. UGH what a pain when you are at an event! I was able put it back together, but I almost lost my keys. I will continue to use it, but will not take it to events.

I wear this bag everywhere and every day. The outside pocket is most convenient for my phone. Inside my purse, I put my bills in the zipper part of the credit card wallet. I can also include a key fob, a small leather license holder, a tube of lipstick and my AirPod case. I absolutely love this bag. Previously, I bought the Noa bag which was an earlier version of this bag. Also excellent. Please make navy blue leather and black patent. I have ballet pink, silver and black in Noa version. So , I wear one color or another every day. Or I put the entire bag in a tote. Or perhaps just the wallet in a bigger purse if the occasion warrants.

Love the design and was looking for somethinf subtle fhay doesn’t have huge logo on it! The leather is quality and color like I wanted. I got a white one. Nice that it coems with additional wallet you can put inside or a pocket. Easy to use, as I also carry a large tote. So I prefer to have money and my phone closer!

Disappointed there is no Coach logo on the bag. Disappointed with the quality of the zipper closure.

I really wanted to love this but I think the quality of the leather could be softer. It's rather stiff and cheap feeling. The main reason for returning is the main zipper gets stuck within the bag itself. the zipper has a little snap on the end that attaches to the inner side of the bag but it doesn't make it any easier to zip it. Too much work and the leather could be more authentic.

I saw this in store. I was looking for a bag to take on a cruise. I wanted something small , but able to hold certain items, and stylish. This caught my eye. It is very beautiful and practical.
