DO NOT BUY !!
These are the worst coach shoes I’ve ever purchased, the sole is much thicker than it looks . When u walk , they feel like flip flops because the boot is cut so short! Please give Uggs back their style ! They are also cut big so please down size

When I picked up the shoes, there were some black human hair ( short and long) in both shoes, so disgusting! Poorly packaged and scratches on side of the shoe, look like they were worn before! Returned immediately!

Heel slippage and ankle pain
I wanted to love these, they’re so cute in person. However, the weight of the shoe causes your heel to slip out with every step. I purchased two different sizes to see if a tighter fit would make a difference. I still experienced heel slippage even a full size down. If you are someone who deals with ankle pain or would like to avoid it in the future, I do not recommend these.
Worst experience with an online purchase ever
I order things frequently and never have I had this issue. These boots run a size large. I ordered a 10, my regular size. Upon receiving them and realizing they’re too big I filled out a return request. I called customer service to get a QR code sent to me for the return so ups can scan it and get my return label to ship them back, and buy my correct size afterwards. For no reason, the customer service rep sent my request in as an exchange for the wrong item. So, they sent out another pair of boots. The same size 10, too big. I called and spoke with the highest rep I could. I have to wait for them to come in, return both pairs of boots, then receive my refund, then I can order my correct size again. The package is also delayed on getting here so this is taking even longer now. I cannot stand this and I don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything from Macys again for it.
Cute & comfy
Love these boots! They’re heavy so get the right size and they’re snug so while comfy they start to suffocate the foot a little bit while walking. Otherwise these are great shoes for the winter.
