The product looks good, but the carton it came in was squeezed, the invoice inside was torn for some reason and was taped, and the bag was just randomly put in a bag inside the carton without any protection! I'm so disappointed with Macy's shipping like this...

Unfortunately it was too small for what I need to carry everyday, which is a small wallet, glasses, phone and lipstick. It is very structured so even if I was able to squeeze those things in, the bag didn't look nice. Sadly I had to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice casual crossbody bag. Great to wear this spring & summer. I give it 4 stars because the main compartment is kind of small; can only fit a cellphone, lip balm, pen & car keys. There are card slots for i.d. & cc. Overall, I love the design.
