Used item! I received handbaand purchased as new.
Item was used and sold as new. Benadryl, tissues, perfume and opened pens were in the handbag! Can you imagine buying something new with all of that included?!? Macy’s was called and they started a return via phone call. They definitely outsource their customer service, I could hardly understand him. When I return the purse to the store, they did not market as being returned immediately, and they ended up sending me a gift card for my purchase price. After attempting to telephone calls, again, foreign customer service, I had to purchase other items to use my money. I will not be doing that again. Nobody from Macy’s ever contacted me to apologize For sending me medication through the mail…
