Perfect spring/summer bag
I have been looking for a light neutral bag for spring and summer. This one checked all the boxes. I bought the chalk color which is between white and not beige. The leather is beautiful. The size is perfect for every day and the compartments work well. I love the two handles - one to grab and one for cross body. I am very happy with my purchase and my friend complimented me the first time she saw it.

I received a damaged, returned handbag!
Bad packing steps! Upon opening my delivery in shipping box, bag was placed in box without any packing to protect it. Upon going through handbag, the feet on bottoms were all scratched and discolored. Inside the bag, there was a Dolce & Gabbana item card. Also, the price tag was torn off. This was definitely a return handbag that I received.
Color nothing as described or as appears
I love the style of this Willow Bucket Bag, the shape, size and storage capacity. Unfortunately the “grey/blue” is more of a shade of lilac. My photo actually appears darker than it is in person, but it most definitely does not look “grey/blue” as described. I wanted the grey color as shown in all of the photos. I am going to return it.
Lovely Summer Purse
I purchased the chalk color. Such a great bag & the perfect size for summer. Love that it’s a light cream with tan handles & a touch of black with the Coach tag because it makes it versatile and easy to match with any outfit. I’ll easily be able to get my iPhone 15, wallet, packet of tissues, lip gloss & sunglasses case in it with plenty of room to spare. Coach obviously thought about how customers might want to wear this bag as they provided two detachable & adjustable handles, one for cross body & a second shorter one should I just want to wear it on my shoulder. It’s so well made & the leather is gorgeous. These are the details that have made Coach my absolute favorite brand.
