You'll Be Disappointed

Not nearly as nice as I anticipated. Was quite surprised and disappointed with Coach and Macy's for selling this. Felt like imitation leather. Next time I'll read the reviews first. I sent it back.

Versatile and minimalistic handbag/tote.

Bought the Heather color. Convertible tote style is modern and yet classic; lightweight leather/bag and substantial chain. I wondered by I gravitated to the style and it was because of the short chain handle - when carried at the crook of the arm, it reminds me on when I carried my Longchamp handbag. Otherwise, I appreciate the minimalistic aesthetic and versatility this particular magnetized closure (only in the middle) tote provides. Regarding the color, the color heather is OK; however, the picture shows a darker shade of gray and in person, it is lighter by a shade (or two). Nevertheless, the gray color is a season-less color meaning the color can be used in whatever season and style can be either worn casually as a shoulder carry or elevated by using the chain handles.

Not Excited About the Look

Just received the bag and will be returning it to the store. It's just a dull looking grey bag. The picture is a much nicer looking grey. Expected to be more excited for the price.

Beautiful, stylish bag!

I love my new bag. It looks and feels very stylish. The only thing I do not like is the larger straps are not removable. You can still get away with tucking them down in the bag. Great value!

Completely disappointed

I ordered this item curbside, drove an hour and a half round trip to get home and it was completely damaged. Scratches and completely worn bottom. I returned it right way to the closest store and they took it back no questions asked but 5 days later I saw it on their sales floor. Disappointed in the customer service all around.
