A purchased a coach soft tabby shoulder bag expecting to get a new one… not expecting a used bag! I will never buy purses from Macys again! Awful experience!!

When I received this bag it was missing the shoulder strap and was just in its bag with no protection around it. Loved the bag but for the price it needs to have the shoulder strap and better protection. I will try again and hopefully the next bag will have the shoulder strap

They sent me a completely different, low quality bag that was old and nothing compared to the purse I paid for! It almost looked like someone took off the tag from the original bag and put it on an old used bag !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag. Bought the black with gold hardware. It's really the perfect size for every day. The leather is soft and supple, with ample room for phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses. The two straps (both removable) are a nice feature. I have this bag in the canvas with leather trim and love that one as well. I plan to purchase it in the ivory. Highly recommend!
