very disappointed

am writing to share an experience regarding a recent order. As a loyal Macy's customer for eight years, I have always been pleased with my purchases, but I've encountered an issue with a pair of white Coach shoes delivered on April 4th. Although I don't wear them frequently due to their color, the leather on the back of the shoes began to peel the second time I wore them. I'm quite surprised by this, especially since these are not inexpensive shoes, and I've previously purchased two other pairs from Coach that have been perfect. I understand that a return may not be possible at this point, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could forward my feedback and complaint to the Coach team. Given their reputation as a high-end brand, I believe this kind of issue should not occur.
