These chukkas in brown can dress up khakis, chinos, and jeans. The leather if soft and flexible, and the shoe overall is light in weight. The sole is on the thin side, and flat; although very flexible. The inner sole is also flat and offers no arch support. I was not pleased with the thin sole and had to return them. Sad to see such a stylish shoe not make it in my wardrobe.
Excellent Shoes!
I love all of the Cole Haan shoes that I have, so I thought I'd give these a try. They're very comfortable, and broke in in a day. I usually need about a week to break in the other boots I have. They look awesome, and the wood on the side of the shoe makes them look very stylish. The soles are perfect because the heels and toe are rubber, but it still has the leather bottom which looks great. I got many compliments the first day I wore them!
