These bowls are very nice looking and are perfect for pasta, bowl meals, and salads.
These are exactly what I was looking for. Well made. A few little flaws here and there but doesn’t bother me. Unlike some other reviews.....all of mine do have the speckles and yes the unglazed ring on the bottom is a little rough. I just simply ran an emery board around each one a few times....worked perfect!!!! No cracks or chips.

Bought set for my daughter for birthday a year ago. The 8.5" bowl plates were an instant hit, and her favorite dish to eat from. She's an amazing cook, and never had to worry about the recipe sliding off the plate. These are made SO well, so durable, and so beautiful with every plate a different color. But matched perfectly. When I found these 10.5" plates, I knew they would be an instant hit, and they were. Her boyfriend has since moved in, and with the bigger plates, he no longer needs to go for seconds. Same amazing quality, same amazing color variety, and same durability. Great for your own kitchen, or for a gift. I just wish Macy's carried a bigger variety of products by this company. ☆☆☆☆☆
Poor quality. Rough on bottom. Flaws throughout. I am returning. I can tell they will not last and will chip easily.
The bowl was cracked the very first time I used it, have to throw it out, now I have three bowls for four people, basically useless. Wish I could return them
