Love the stay warm feature and higher edges to prevent spillover. Works great, looks nice, and easy to use & clean.
I love this Crockpot. Easy to use, easy to clean. Love the analog controls and timers. Don't fret, don't sweat, just buy it.
I love my new crock pot! I have been wanting to buy one forever now. I'd only had a very OLD small one and wanted a newer, bigger one. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. I wondered about the gasket or no gasket issue one reviewer had mentioned...and although mine doesnt have a gasket, I've used it several times now and the food doesn't get dried out, but cooks beautifully! I've made chicken and a pork roast in it and all comes out delicious! I made the right choice with this stylish new design- love the cord storage and fold-in handles, too!
I received this slow cooker as a wedding gift and was very happy when I pulled it out of the box. However, the first time I made something in it, the meat turned out very dry and I noticed that the juices surrounding the pork were actually boiling (on the low setting). I gave it another chance...and another...and another. I've tried everything...filling it up more, using more liquid, cooking it for less time on the low setting (as if was on high). Even the warm setting gets way too hot and actually cooks the food. I've had it for a couple of months but am hoping I can take it back and get another brand, which saddens me because aesthetically this is one good looking slow cooker (never thought those words would come out of my mouth). I cook rather healthy foods...chicken, turkey and lean pork. Maybe if the meat I used had a little more fat it would be a different story. It's just not working for me.
I received this as a wedding gift and absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and clean! It cooks so well! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the numbers on the first one were broken so we had to exchange it.
The lid does not fit properly, allowing too much heat to escape. My potroast turned into rubber. I called Crock pot and was told that the lid is designed to allow air to escape. My other crock pot has a secure lid. Unfortunately, had to return.
I am really disappointed in this crock-pot. It takes at least an additional 2 hours to cook soups and stews compared to recipe suggestions. Even when I have it on the High setting. I've only had success when cooking overnight.
Bought it about a year ago. It always had a rubber burning smell instead of a yummy food cooking smell when it was on. The other day, the pot cracked. Happiest day of my life. I threw the whole thing away and bought a different style crock pot. This model has a rubber ring around the lid, I always thought it had something to do with that.
