CEK-30 Electric Knife

I bought this to replace my old knife used for 15 years. I still have to get used how to hold on this knife as it's different from my old one. I bought it on sale which I think is a good buy!

My old Cuisinart knife lasted almost 10 years. So I was hoping for the same quality in this new one. I don’t believe it will. The feel of quality is not there along with the cutting. I might have made a mistake?

I bought the knife to cut foam rubber It worked great. It’s next use will be its true purpose.

great for slicing homemade bread. Works with either hand! My only complaint is that it does not have a button for continuous "on". Fortunately I am ambidextrous, so I could switch hands. I'm 86 years old so being able to switch hands was good - knife felt abit heavy, but may not be for someone younger! I would definitely recommend this - much better than using a non electric bread knife!

This electric knife is a replacement for a very old one. It's easy to use and cuts sharply through breads and meats. The handle is comfortable to hold. I have less strength in my hands than I did when I was younger, so to hold the "on" button down the entire time I am cutting is uncomfortable to me, and I sometimes need to hold it with both hands. I would love one that had the option of locking the "on" button while operating it.

Been using the Cuisinart electric knife for many years now. I tried other brands but none pleases me like this one does. Comfortable handle and you don't have to hold down multiple buttons just to make a slice. This is definitely my go to electric knife.

Electric knife handle is a too thick and bulky for a small hand……quality is very good.

I am very happy with the way it cut and it is easy to hold, but I was using it for an extended period to cut a half ham and it got so hot I couldn't hold it and I had to stop snd let it cool off. If I had known it had this problem I wouldn't have bought it.
