Buyer Beware

Cusinart does not stand by their warranty services. They will rip you off once again cusinart does not stand by their warranty services. Warning do not buy this kettle it is useless the same with their so call warranty services.

Great kettle

This kettle is great. The multiple temperature option can't be beat, the correct water temperature makes a big diffrence. It also has a small footprint for its capacity size.

So good I bought a 2nd

This is the second PerfecTemp kettle we've owned. The temperature settings are accurate and perfect for brewing a cup of black tea, coffee, and oolong. The first kettle we had lasted for over 10 years. If you haven't used a kettle to brew tea or coffee, you'll be amazed at how much improved the tea/coffee is. I was so impressed that I didn't consider another kettle

Great kettle - I would absolutely buy it again.

I love it! It's a very functional, easy-to-use, and good-looking kettle. The preset temperature buttons are far more useful that I thought they would be. And, I love the "keep warm" button.

Competent workhorse

Excellent electric tea kettle. We have owned this basic kettle for years. It heats reasonably quickly, it lets you choose temperature, it pours where you aim it, and it is well-balanced. In our experience, it will last 4 to 6 six years of heavy use, at which point the lid mechanism will fail. To us that is a reasonable life span.
