The perfect size for two people, one of whom cooks as a hobby. Well built, sturdy and powerful. This is my fifth Cuisinart food processor since 1985, which speaks to both the longevity of Cuisinart products and a quality I depend on.

Pusher assembly too inconvenient. Other than that it is good

The only thing I have found uncomfortable is attaching the lid to click close. It is very difficult and usually it hurts my hand, but once it is on, it does what it is supposed to do perfectly. And I am an old person so my hands are not as strong as they used to be. Would I buy The Pro Custom 11 Cuisinart again? Absolutely.

This is my first food processor, so now I can put away all of my graters and slicing knives. Easy to use and easy to clean. Additional shredding disks of different sizes would be nice.

This was a gift for my son-in-law. His food processor had broken. He says this one is WAY better than his old one!!! I agree! Cuisinart debuted this appliance over 40 years ago which is now a kitchen staple. Top of the line!

I love this thing! It's easy to set up and use. I purchased it to grate cheese for a large Thanksgiving gathering and it was a lifesaver!! It's fast and efficient with power to spare. Now I'm wondering what took me so long to get one.

This has been a great food processor. Perfect, slightly smaller size, and a wonderfully very powerful motor. Everything from slicing onions to grinding beef or Parmesan, is done quickly and with ease. It makes the Hamilton it replaced look like gypsy trash! Highly recommended!

Very easy to use and powerful. A heavy machine that won't "walk" all over the counter.
