I love this cooker. I use it for everything. I dont fry much, so I cant say if it works for that, but I use it to cook veggies, use it as a slow cooker, use it to cook casseroles. It has enough features that I have used them all but not so many that I will never use. It's perfect.

The insert pan is removable making the weight much less. Other crock pots are essentially one unit and thus much heavier.

This slow cooker is a dream machine. The temperature and time controls are easy to operate. The non-stick surface of the insert makes clean up effortless. I thought the cooker couldn't get any better until I used the browning feature of the slow cooker...makes life in the kitchen much easier.

Do it all in one cooker! Great purchase. Does a vet fine job in all stages of the cooking process.

Just what I was looking for It does it all in one pot and its not ceramic

So easy to do soo many things. Love it! It boils very quickly, steams tamales to perfection. Everything is perfect.

I love the brown/sauté feature. I also love being able to set the exact number of hours of cook time. 6 quarts is quite a bit so it doesn’t work as well for my smaller recipes.
