best rug!

this is the best rug i have ever purchased. so soft, and the backing keeps it from sliding. and the colors are so pretty!

Beautiful and better on sale!

Received it on sale and the deal is amazing. It’s really pretty, looks great, almost bought another one but have no where to put another one!

poorly made product

I purchased this rug at the end of February and it is all ready defective with a flaw the entire length of the rug. I contacted Macys and they refused to issue a refund, return or credit sine it wasn’t in the 30 day window.

A giant flat placemat with no yarn not a rug

This isn't a rug. It is a giant placemat and about as thick as one, and I am not exaggerating. Unbelieveably, there is NO yarn on this at all! It is a flat piece of polyester PRINTED with a rug pattern on top of it. Unfortunately this is the last cheap product that only looks nice online that I will purchase from Macy's as I can not trust their products any longer. It's sad they are closing stores, but businesses practices like this only mar their once great name in retailing.

Cheap looking rug

This is a very expensive rug that looks very cheap. It is not individual threads of yarn, it is a piece of polyester that is painted on to look like it is yarn oriental rug. We bought it on sale from 1399 down to 399 and now we know why.
