Wrongly Advertised

I bought these sneakers for my husband for his Volleyball games. I was not able to see all these holes on the sneakers, when I was searching on the app. They are on both sides and the lacing is also a bad feature for that type of sport. The problem is that I didn’t read about this item being non refundable, until we received the package, and when he tried them on, we both couldn’t believe that the sneakers had holes all over. I hope you will consider and let us exchange them. Thank you.

Comfortable shoe

I purchased the shoes because they are very comfortable for the price. Great for hiking especially when I'm on excursions.
