Very disappointed!

I bought this last year for a trip to Ireland- it worked great for that- yesterday I started my second trip with this suitcase- I got dropped at the airport to leave, went to pull up the handle and it broke! Now I’m going to have to fight with it for the next week; at least I’m on a cruise not a tour so I don’t have to move it a lot and I’m glad it broke before my next tour in May because I would be a wreck!!

broken handle

after using twice, the extender handle is broken. Will be reaching out for warranty coverage
