Did not receive order.

Never received order. Complained several times through e-mail and customer service 800 number and nobody ever got back to me. I was told that I would receive an answer by e-mail within 48 hours (twice) and nobody ever reached out to me. The second time the customer service rep said she would call me back within 3 days to see if the problem was resolved, but she never called back. All of these agents are a bunch of liars. They say they are going to do something but they do not follow through. Now I have to call again which is a big waste of my time. I am a gold star member who spent $400 on this order. I deserve better. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.
