    I purchased the driftwood bathroom set. I received this last piece today. I had to pump it quite a bit then check and recheck the pump to make sure not clogged. It took awhile before I could get the lotion to come out. I didn't want to give up on it because it's just so cute. Finally got it to work. So don't think it's broken it you have this problem. You may have to pump it many times (20+) before it will work. After that no issues.
