Shipping problem

The bracelet itself is very nice. Especially for the price, but I paid extra for the 2 day shipping on the 7 the order processed on the 8th but did not ship till the 10th. I just received the package today on the 13th. This was an anniversary gift that did not make it in time, and ruined the night.
