This Dior lip gloss is purchased from Macy’s with in-store pickup originally selected. After the purchase was completed, I was unexpectedly asked to approve shipment by mail due to pickup unavailability. The item arrives looking mishandled: a crumpled box, obvious signs of repeated opening, no protective packaging, and an overall lack of care. For a Dior product, this experience is unacceptable and seriously damages the brand’s luxury image.
