A great light design with focus and ambient lighting features for the living room of my apartment. Recommended!

Turning all angles as you need Quality like this worth the money you pay

I have noticed the components used do not perform with any umph. The bulbs on this model are not as hi quality or as bright as the previous solar cycle model or the cyys floor. I can only presume they have ended their contract with chip leds with Cree - the lamp on this model is also frosted which gives a diffused light source I don't approve of. It loses the qualities cysys and cu beam had. I could right a dissertation about the problems with the app, more specifically with this version it needs constant location permission even when this has been granted which is a pain. The previous version had a problem with waking up in the night which this one does not. Not exactly sure what purpose the glowing tube has as its purely decorative - not bright enough to use as any kind of light source. I wish Dyson would stop focusing on patenting gimmicky little design aspects and focus on the usability of the product. This one is immediately redundant. This is a light for people who value things purely on their looks, it is neither value for money or high performing. Its an accident waiting to happen and not something you would want around if you have children.

I have been waiting for this product launch in India and finally purchased it few weeks back. Amazing product - already have a lightcycle product with me but this one is even better. 4 lights in 1 and all 4 are so so useful for everyday use. Ambient light feature is amazing - typical switch to this mode towards evening and while sleeping. I am sure dyson will keep surprising us with more such amazing products which are too good to look at and support best of technology.

I bought he white silver floor model about a month ago. Arrived perfectly package, looks and works beautifully using the Dyson app or not.

On the one hand, I like the product. The technology works as advertised and described in other reviews. The ability to change light color, intensity, and direction is great. The illuminated post is particularly attractive in the evening. Where the product falls down is that it does not offer a way to set the light to turn on at say 7pm and stay on until a set turn off time, say 10 pm. This feature seems straight forward to program given the light's technology and updatable app but, as of now, no feature like this is offered.

If the price is no big deal to you, it’s the best lamp out there. I’m agitated that I’ll now have to replace all my floor lights with these because they seem like garbage by comparison.

I needed a floor lamp for my piano practice and I wasn't able to find a right lamp for long time. This one I received as March 8th present. This is perfect lamp for playing piano. Thats exactly that is needed. Love my lamp very much!
