It works great. It is really improved over the V 11 I Bought five years ago.

Had a V10, but this is even better! Love these vacuums!

I love it, it picks up much better than my 8. But its harder to empty the bin,

I bought this a month ago and the battery isn't working

Purchase was a month ago, like its performance, having a little difficulty opening to empty and must use a screw driver to lightly pry the the tab open.

So happy I have a vacuum that is not heavy to use and can now go under my bed without detaching so many parts. It's easy to use, takes less time, simpe to empty and can adjust power dependng on what I'm vacuuming! I use it more often and not dreading taking out the overweight monster!!

My two bedroom apartment is all carpet except the small kitchen and bathroom. Getting a dedicated head, as in the V15, for hardwood would have been a waste. The V11 cleans my place quickly and completely. I’m as happy with the V11as you could be with a vacuum cleaner. 😀
