This was my first time purchasing a Dyson product but I did because one of my friends highly recommended Dyson vacuums. I made my purchase in November and used the vacuum for the first time about a month later. I had no problems with it until a few weeks went by and I noticed that it was not picking up "small bits and pieces" as it should, even though it was properly charged. I ignored it for a few more weeks then tried to use it again but had the same problem, only this time, the power kept going off so I had my son call the manufacturer. After they "walked" him through a few steps and the vacuum still would not work, they recommended that I return it as there seemed to be a problem with the one I had purchased. As I write this review, I am on the phone with Macys working on the return but I have already been on the phone for 56 minutes, holding for more than 30 minutes, and still holding .....

I love this vacuum. It is lightweight and easy for me to use. The fact that it is cordless makes it easy to move from room to room without the hassle of plugging and unplugging the cord. The battery lasts a long time, it is very powerful and does a great job!

I think the best part of this vacuum is for quick cleanup of carpets. Its so easy to get it out (compared to a corded vac) and make everything look good. Its especially convenient for stairs. The carpet brush does get stuck on some rugs so its not perfect. Overall, this vac is well made, easy to use and works great.

This vacuum is super for quick jobs around the house. The suction is great and gets in to carpets as well as flooring with ease . The light weight of it was very appealing, due to a bad back, and I called it a heavy weight, because of the job it does, despite it's size and weight! Love it!

picks up everything so easy to use so so light just with a little touch it goes no wires so nice and fast to move

I never write a review but this vacuum cleaner is the best thing I ever bought. It is so simple to operate and cleans like you would not believe. I think my floors are clean and can run this vacuum and not believe the dirt it picks up. My daughter was so impressed she bought one. I’m thinking of getting my other children one for Christmas instead of smaller items. I can’t think of anything they would use more.

I never write a review, but I have had my Dyson HEPA for about a month and must share my experience with it. I delayed making this purchase because of cost, but honestly, this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have always HATED to vacuum and was always exhausted when I put the heavy, noisy machine away. Not anymore! The Dyson is light weight, maneuverable (it can get places easily that were almost impossible to reach with other vacuums), not nearly as noisy, cuts vacuuming time in half and has more suction than the noisy, heavy ones. I am always amazed at how much dirt it picks up, even when nothing really appears to be dirty. I now vacuum because I enjoy vacuuming! I never thought I would say that! Do not be deterred because it may cost a few dollars more than competitors. It is worth every penny.
