Unsure

I first ordered a 7.5 medium, my normal size. It was way too big. I returned those for a 7 medium. They still seem like they are too big and are loose in the heels. I’m also unsure about the heel, it looks kind of clunky. I plan to wear them tomorrow in the house, on carpet & see what I think about fit & the heel.

Comfortable pump

Very comfortable. I have not worn them for more than 3 hours, but there was no problem. Wide enough. Good arch. Heel is a good height. Usually a heel will hurt my feet after a short time wearing.

Runs Large

These are very attractive shoes but because they flop at the back of my heels, they run large. When back in the store I will try a half size smaller but I had to return this pair.

Great Staple for work and going out.

Love this shoe! I'm 5'8" and ordered 9.5. Fit like a glove if you don't mind a narrow toe. I ordered 3 pairs in colors: light blue, natural, and black - patent. This is a great staple for workwear and a classic look for going out. The block heal is great for stability so I was able to walk comfortably. I do recommend wearing the shoe in the house to break it in. Buy one in every color! (:
