Poor quality, abysmal support
Purchased (2) Eclipse Carlton Blackout shades in champagne 09.20.22. One of them is non functional after 6 months of limited, gentle use. Macy’s will not exchange snd manufacturer does not have troubleshooting support nor advice on how to repair the blind. Keeco/Eclipse, manufacturer will also not exchange for defective product. I have (5) other similar blinds from a different manufacturer. purchased at the same time and they are working beautifully. Given level if Macy support and manufacturer/product failure will seek alternatives.
Beautiful and functional window shade
I received this item over a month ago, and I am so impressed by how wonderful it is. It was very simple to install, came with all the hardware and was already attached to everything but my window. I got the champagne colored shade and it keeps all the light out of our bedroom. We had traditional blinds before, but the sun would always creep in and wake us up. Now with this window shade, it stays nice and dark in our room. When you do want to let light into the room, all you have to do is pull the small handle, (hidden on the back of the shade, so it can’t be seen) and pull it and it retracts upwards. Another added bonus to this product is that this beautiful shade turns into a valance once pulled up. I’ve been so impressed with this window shade since we received it. I want to order them for all of my windows. I’m used to having my kid and my cats destroy all of curtains and blinds around the house. I have had this shade since early December and I have not had any problems with my kid or my cats scratching, pulling or breaking it. These shades and made very well. The design on them is beautiful and the material is thick and durable, not cheap like most curtains. If you are thinking of trying these window shades out, I definitely would. They are terrific, functional and beautiful.

Perfect for privacy
We have glass window panes in our front door, and although beautiful, they lack privacy. This blackout panel fits perfect there! Very easy to install. Beautiful fabric overlay over shade creates a formal look. What I especially like is that the fabric can be removed for proper cleaning. Very nice!

It's nice
I liked it, it is definitely good quality and very easy to use. It was pretty easy to install and I didn't need any help from anyone to do so. I like the neutral tone so it matches just about anything. It definitely blocks out the light which is nice while I am cooking to not have the sun shining in my eyes.

Great shade for windows!
The Eclipse Carlton Damask 100% total blackout 27” cordless Ronan shade is a must have for any home. It keeps out the sunlight when down, while also keeping the temperature just right. We have drafty windows, so it’s helping keep the cold elements from outside from not coming in through the window. This product is also easy for everyone to maneuver. The pets don’t even mess with it! I can’t wait to buy more for the other windows.

Easy to use
I got this shade and used it to fi alize the look in my entryway. It adds complete privacy, locks out unnecessary light, and adds elegance to the space. The only improvement I'd make, is update the instructions to explain the mounting of the shade to the brackets. Otherwise I'm ecstatic with my Roman shade!

Great blinds!
The design and fell off everything is high quality. There was no assembly required at all. The installation was very easy, you measure and mark make sure it’s level and you set it in place. So easy! And now we have wonderful black out blinds!
