I expected a lot more considering the price. They’re thin. Not at all what I expected from reading the other reviews. I will not be ordering from Macys again. Very dissatisfied with the low quality of these towels.

Looks nice in pictures but terrible quality. Some fading and material balled up after first wash.

Nice towels but bath towels are very small. I purchased for a gift and that was the response. I would not buy again.

Soft and feels luxurious. The label stated the item must be washed in warm water before use. After washing the items, they came out discolored, in patches of dark and light colors. I contacted customer service and was told to drive 2 hours to the closest Macy's store to return the items. Begging for a return shipping label worked, but no promises that the warehouse would process the return correctly. Wow. Lesson learned.

I always rinse my towels before we use them. I bought new towels before and have always done this. The set faded in some spots and sheds badly. I didn't bother to open the other set of towels for fear the same thing may happen.

From the pictures It looks fluffy but In person the towels are super flat !! False advertisement once again !! Will be returning

They are strong and very thick / the color is a deep gray

I was excited to get these towels but not as excited once received, there are not as plush as I would have liked for the price. I actually purchased better towels for 1/3 the price from local membership club. I did end up keeping them hoping they fluff up after washing
