Eye Cream Reair

Outstanding!!!! I enjoy all of my products that I purchase from Macy’s. I visit the store and spend hours shopping in clothing, jewelry and backstage. I also enjoy watching the store associates apply facials. I plan to get one in the future. After Christmas sales are also my favorites time to shop at Macy’s.

Disappointed in service

I never received item, I ordered on 11/28/25 kept saying was shipped. I called on 12/11/25 item still just sitting there at warehouse so I canceled order .

Missing 1 bottle

This set was delivered with other ordered items in the same delivery box, but this is a 3 piece set, the box for this set only has two bottles in it, missing a full size eye cream. Very disappointed at the dishonesty of Macys.

Missing ordered items in the delivered box

Ordered 4 items on Macys.com, received the delivery today with only 3 items, missing one item. One of the 3 received items is a set of 3 piece Estée Lauder advanced night repair eye cream, but the box only contained 2 pieces, missing 1 piece. Very frustrated with dishonesty of Macys.

Part of the Family

I have been using Estee Lauder products since I was a teenager, sharing with my mom the products she had been using on her face morning and night since she was young. I am 46 now and my mom 71, and be both look much younger than our age. Estee Lauder products has been a part of our family for a long time now. And I am so grateful my mom got me started at an early age. It's the only way to combat natural aging of the skin if you are proactive about your facial regiment and if you are diligent about using Estee Lauder.
