Awesome matte foundation for mature skin!

I went into macys to the Estée Lauder counter and this awesome lady, Chloe, helped me! She found my perfect foundation match and suggested the gift set for a fantastic price! She was so wonderful! She explained how to apply the products and in what order! She is certainly an asset to this store!

Wrong item

I’m very disappointed with Macy’s customer service. I received the wrong item and when I called for help, the experience was awful. The representative was difficult to understand, and I’m still not sure if my issue was even resolved. They kept asking me to return the foundation I never received, which makes no sense.
