The product pills on face

I had a high expectation for this cream for it's high price but got a very disappoint result because it cannot be absorbed by the skin. My skin starts 'balling-up' after it’s applied that's pretty gross. Even I use less amount than I normally do but it still pills.

Causes Obsession

My mother had gotten this as a sample product, along with some items I purchased for her as a gift. She started using this and became obsessed and rightfully so; I've seen a difference in her face as well. She doesn't have any harsh lines and her skin looks youthful. I purchased the bigger bottle for her and she hasn't stopped thanking me since. In other words, the product works well!
