READ EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASING!!

Pretty, sturdy, smaller than expected. After 31 days, the seat cushion has an impression of my backside and does not spring back to form (I am average height n weight.) I looked up warranty info and the last day was yesterday. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The chair is tiny. Looks silly with my couch and love seat.

I have never been so disappointed in the service. I ordered this chair and twice they cancelled my order and noone could tell me why. They just kept reordering. Then after an hour and a half they decided to reorder again but they could not give me the sales price. I placed the order for the first time on aprox April 24, I received their credit card 2 weeks later. I called and it was cancelled again so I reordered to have it cancelled again. Tried to reorder on May 6 but would not receive the sales amount. WHAT????. I love the chair and am sick about the service. I am going somewhere else. Also everyone I talked to had such a thick accent it was very difficult to communicate. I would say think twice before ordering furniture on line.
