No hood!

I just recieved this coat today, I ordered it online, and there’s NO HOOD at all. There’s a zipper attachment, but no attachment. I don’t even know what happened here and why they would send me a coat without the hood when I ordered it based on the photo here. I’ll be heading to the store immediately to return. I’m extremely disappointed.

a really warm coat

I ordered this in black. I also got the black fur rather than what is shown in the photograph but I don't mind the color. The coat is lovely, fits great and is so warm. The ONLY down side was that an obviously used glove was in one pocket. Not that nicest find when you purchase a new coat

Nice and warm for Ny weather

I’m usually a med but I ordered a small. Glad I did, it runs big. I bought it in black and the fur is not beige, it’s black. To be honest I like the black fur. I really like this coat. It looks good and it feels good. I give it a 5

Wrong hood!

I purchased this coat for my sister as a birthday present. Loved how it looked online.....However, when she received it in the mail, the hood had black fur. Totally not what is shown online. Very disappointed.

WRONG COLOR

The taupe color is not the same as in the picture, totally misleading. I ordered this online and the coat they sent me is more of an olive green color. Now, I have to be inconvenienced by returning this item. The coat is otherwise beautiful and very warm. The color in the picture is exactly what they have in the store. I saw it in the store initially but, decided to purchase online because it was a better value. I'm 5'11 and the large fits me perfect.

Very Very Long

I ordered a small and I'm 5 2" and it is really long. it came to like my shins. the black one has a different hood than picture.

Warm coat!

Bought the black and was pleasantly surprised how warm it is! Size down because it runs a little large. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase! great long coat.
