Congratulations on service

A few days ago were delivered at home several pieces that I bought. One of the deliveries lost. The telemarketing service was great, and the replacement of it was very fast. Congratulations for that service!

cluster ring

Totally upsetting experience with the purchase of this ring. First bought it at Macy’s store. Brought it home and the band was defective. Took it back to the store and another ring was not in stock. Associate ordered me another ring to be delivered. Received the delivery today and the wrong size was sent! This whole experience has been inconvenient. Called customer service and all she could do was order me another one and say she was sorry. No thank you. Had her process a return and said do not bother to order me another one. Somehow I feel there should be some compensation for this entire inconvenience.
