[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans worked great at distributing heat with a very fine line between good temp and too high. The inside was easy and quick to clean but no matter how delicate I was when storing by itself it still ended up getting a chip. The outside on the other hand stained after first use, I followed the cleaning instructions but the stains remain. The biggest pro is the perfect balance of the handle (does not tip over) while still being semi light pan. I made marmalade, popcorn, potatoes, steak, veggies and even with the sticky and seared bits with 5 minute soak the inside was done in less than a minute.
